What is Semi solid state battery?

The electrolyte adopts a solid-liquid mixed form, and the mass of the liquid (electrolyte) in the battery accounts for about 5-10%. It is essentially a compromise between liquid lithium batteries and all-solid-state batteries.

Semi-solid batteries still require electrolyte, and the manufacturing process is not much different from liquid batteries. The difference is in the mixing, as well as the negative electrode pre-lithium, in situ solid-state (part of the electrolyte into a solid electrolyte) several links.

In recent years, as a new battery technology, semi-solid battery is the future of the next generation of energy storage technology, which has attracted much attention.

What should I pay attention to when using the Semi solid state battery?

1. Keep away from water, fire and heat sources when using, storing and charging batteries.

2. Please use a special lipo balance charger for lithium-ion battery when charging;

3. Do not charge without people.

4. Do not use and charge the battery by reversing the positive and negative poles.

5. Do not knock, throw or step on the battery.

6. Do not directly weld the battery or pierce the battery with nails or other sharp tools.

Before leaving the factory, all batteries must pass quality inspection (including testing voltage, internal resistance, size, weight, assembly process etc.).
